The cheapest protein source. Boil chunks, squeeze water, and stir-fry with onions and magic masala.
1 cup Soya chunks, 1 Onion, 1 Tomato, 1/2 packet Maggi Masala.

1. Boil chunks in water for 5 mins. Squeeze out ALL water.
2. Chop onion/tomato.
3. Heat 1 spoon oil, fry onion/tomato, add chunks & masala. Cook 5 mins.
5-Min Paneer Bhurji
Crumbled paneer tossed with green chillies and turmeric. Best eaten with bread or roti.
100g Paneer, 2 Green Chillies, Salt, Turmeric.

1. Crush paneer with hands.
2. Heat little oil/butter in pan.
3. Add chillies, then paneer, salt & pinch of turmeric. Toss for 2 mins only.
